How can I book a massage and how far in advance should I do it?

You can schedule your treatment directly through our website. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your ideal time slot.

What does the hydrotherapy circuit include and what should I bring?

The circuit lasts 40 minutes and includes thermal contrast areas ideal for preparing the body before your massage. You only need to bring your swimsuit; we provide a robe, towels, and sandals at our facilities.

If I choose the Day Pass, are the snacks selected upon arrival?

Yes, when you arrive for your session, you can choose your preferred snack and drink from our selected menu (such as the matcha smoothie or pear carpaccio) to enjoy during your visit.

Can the Spa Duo Ritual be customized for each person?

Of course. The aromatic soak in the private jacuzzi is enjoyed together, but the subsequent body and facial treatments are fully tailored to the specific needs of each person's skin and body.

What should I consider before my Head Spa session?

We recommend arriving with your hair free of heavy styling products (like gels or sprays). At the end of the ritual, we remove excess moisture, but we do not provide salon styling or blow-drying.

Are massages available if I am not staying at the hotel?

Yes, our wellness space is open to both Nima guests and local visitors looking for a break in Roma Norte. You just need to book your treatment in advance.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We know plans change. You can cancel or move your appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before your treatment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the service value.
